Established in 1993, Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies is located in Khadki, Pune. SIMS is a constituent college of Symbiosis International University (accredited with A++ Grade by NAAC) and is an example of a PPP (Public Private Partnership) between the Government of India – the Ministry of Defence and Symbiosis. The college offers an MBA as its flagship course. This course is available mainly for defence personnel and their dependents. There are only some seats reserved for Civilian candidates.
